Payment Policy:
A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing fairharborrvpark.com to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. Overnight RV rates include four (4) people and two (2) pets. Additional nightly fee for extra people and/or pets.
Monthly Payment Policy:
Monthly payments require one full month up front. Your second payment will be prorated to the first day of the 2nd month. Fees are then due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied after the 5th and 10th and will be 5 and 15 percent. No payment by the 15th of the month will result in expulsion. Three late payments in a 12 month period will also be grounds for expulsion.
Change Policy:
Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.
Rules and Damages:
Scheduled check-in is 3:00 pm. Scheduled check-out is 11:00 am. Sites are normally available by noon dependent on late check-out by prior guest. By checking in to Fair Harbor RV and Georgia Horse Stables, you agree to follow all park rules. Rules are located on the back of the campground map and below. Monthly guest must follow the rules agreed upon on the monthly paperwork, as well as the general rules. All guest are responsible for costs and labor associated to any damages cause by them or their guests. FHRV is not responsible for any damages caused by acts of nature, other guests, or any other reason whatsoever. All reservations that check out late (after 11am) are subject to a late checkout fee and/or an additional nights stay based on time of departure.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The surcharge for a reservation is nonrefundable. RV cancellations made more than three (3) days from arrival are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. RV cancellations made within three (3) days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty up to one (1) days reservation fee. RV cancellations made on arrival day are non-refundable. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. Early check out will not result in any refund. Non-refundable cancellations can elect to have their entire balance, minus one (1) night fee, transferred to “Camp Credit” to use for a future stay at FHRV. “Camp Credit” will expire if not redeemed within one year of original cancellation.
Cabin cancellations made more than seven (7) days of scheduled check-in are subject to one (1) day cancellation fee. Cabin cancellations made within seven (7) days of scheduled check-in are non-refundable. Early check out will not result in any refund.
Horse stall cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days of scheduled check-in are subject to one (1) day cancellation fee. Horse stall cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of scheduled check-in are non-refundable. Early check out will not result in any refund.
Reservations may be cancelled and refunded, minus $10 processing fee, within 24 hours of booking (end of booking day if reservation is for the following day) if you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions.
Golf cart rental cancellations made more than twenty four (24) hours of scheduled check-in are subject to $20 cancellation fee. Golf cart rental cancellations made within twenty four (24) hours of scheduled check-in are non-refundable.
Special Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all reservation types are subject to a different cancellation policy during special events. Special events include, but are not limited to: FRVA Rally, NBHA Youth/Open/Senior World Championships, Georgia National Fair, etc. Reservation cancellations during special events must be made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations within thirty (30) days will be non-refundable. Non-refundable cancellations can elect to have their entire balance, minus one (1) night fee, transferred to “Camp Credit” to use for a future stay at FHRV. “Camp Credit” will expire if not redeemed within one year of original cancellation.
